I know of a individual that cares for another individual as individual is in a wheelchair as it takes more then 10 minutes to care for a client. Being a former CNA for anyone in a wheelchair, it takes longer proper care as Individual needs helping get in and out of bed, changing his clothes, showering or bathing and oral hygiene like dress etiquette because individual cares for individual. Well i been calling this place at least 4 times to speak someone about my mom and even her case worker no dam answer. They dont care. They only care where to put these elder people and the money.
My experience here was awesome, working with the community leaders and care management to help better serve their members throughout the area 😀! #patientadvocacy #patientcarerepresentative #do work that matters
