Staffing in New Hamburg is the absolute WORST. Super unprofessional when it comes to day program, staff ALWAYS on their phones. Don't come up with any new activities for the seniors attending Day program! NEVER do Smart exercises for the seniors EVER, extremely unacceptable, even though it clearly states that they will do SMART exercises. I've seen staff bring up ideas to only be shut down by other staff here, especially by a lead employee! Collaborative pieces of art were submitted to unveil an inconvenient and controversial truth of agency harm at Community Care Concepts. I just want to say how much I appreciate the hot meals delivered to me. They are so good. And there’s large portions. And the volunteers have to be thanked too. Where would we be without them. From the bottom of my thanks

I volunteer there and all the staff are helpful and nice. The clients love them. I love working with both staff and clients. There is not a bad thing to say about Community Care Concepts. It is a great organization for the area and a great Service. Everyone I have been in contact with are fantastic and helpful. I gave my opinion because some of reviews I read were misleading. Great place for Help.
