I have been trying to reach out to Alex (Director) for months, and he has yet to return my call. The Cares Act afforded people with business loans several opportunities for loan relief but I as a Black Woman have not been afforded any to date. The staff has remained largely unavailable during covid 19. My experience thus far has felt extremely oppressive.
