When you are done with their program they will drop you off at a very well known drug hangout in hopes they can get you back in their doors to make more money off of you they set you up to fail. Not a good place to go some of the staff are good but the people that have ultimate control only worry about the money coming in. They don't try and help those that need proper medical care. The business main concern is the money they get for each body that walks through their door

I can't believe i have to give This place a star just leave a comment if anything cbi should be shut down the staff are very rude they make unnecessary comments and laugh at the patients if try and stand up for yourself immediately you are the aggressor when in fact it was staff with there rude and unnecessary comments I stayed at cbi and watched the night staff give cbi 5 star reviews as they laughed for the time i was at cbi i also watched staff talk shit to the patients don't get me wrong there are a few that care but tho... read more

The receptionist have a horrible attitude. They don’t call to confirm an appointment. They don’t listen, I had asked for an in person dr visit and they put me in a room with the dr on the tv and the volume is so loud I know everyone in the lobby can hear me speaking to the provider. It’s so ridiculous.i walked out during the alleged appointment, I apologized to the dr but I wanted in person and I’m so disappointed. I just wanted to establish care and get some type of relif.
