No matter what needs I have had the team at cripple creek branch have always went above and beyond everything from forgetting my password to advice when I had family emergency’s they never missed a beat and now that I am moving I will still be a member as long as you let me. Having a horrible horrible experience with Josh Metas of this branch. I'm a retired Victor resident who owns his home. ( No mortgage) Looking into HELOC/ HEI/Reverse Mortgage/Etc . Willing to put up my property as collateral for a $35k loan. ( Property is worth close to triple that amount.)
