Such great service!! Pam was wonderful with all that she helped me with. Josh was also super great!! It’s nice receiving such amity while banking these days. Highly recommend!!!
This whole banking chain is ridiculous. They have added charges where there weren't any, the atm at the cripple creek branch goes down the time. It eats debit cards for no reason, at least 6 times a year we have get a new debit card because of supposed fraudulent charges. The online banking is a joke and a pain to use. Closing the account is such a pain, it feels like the money is being held hostage.
