No matter what needs I have had the team at cripple creek branch have always went above and beyond everything from forgetting my password to advice when I had family emergency’s they never missed a beat and now that I am moving I will still be a member as long as you let me. Having a horrible horrible experience with Josh Metas of this branch. I'm a retired Victor resident who owns his home. ( No mortgage) Looking into HELOC/ HEI/Reverse Mortgage/Etc . Willing to put up my property as collateral for a $35k loan. ( Property is worth close to triple that amount.) This mornings phone call with Josh was another example of Josh's pitiful unprofessional work ethic. Josh asked me if my property was LISTED for sale. I said NO it's not listed anywhere!
