The staff at the Eagle branch of Community Banks of Colorado are absolutely fantastic. I enjoy going in every week and catching up or having a laugh while i get my banking done. They are knowledgeable and polite and always willing to help.

I was denied a car loan because I had an existing car loan, even though I was planning to sell that car once I got the new one. I got a loan through another lender without issue. When shopping for mortgages I was quoted a rate based on my credit score and asked to sign documents locking in that rate early on in the process. Very poor upper management who is extremely lacking in management training and human resource training and education. Employees are treated poorly and last year upper management decided to take away almost half of each employee's earned incentives one quarter. Very low budget bank with a few low quality employees of poor character like Lesdi Chacon Ruiz.
