I was denied a car loan because I had an existing car loan, even though I was planning to sell that car once I got the new one. I got a loan through another lender without issue. Very poor upper management who is extremely lacking in management training and human resource training and education. Employees are treated poorly and last year upper management decided to take away almost half of each employee's earned incentives one quarter. Very low budget bank with a few low quality employees of poor character like Lesdi Chacon Ruiz. My husband and I switched our business banking to Colorado Banks of Colorado last fall. I'm so glad I did. They have been the best bank, so helpful and great personal service. I would recommend Margaret, Neil and the rest of the staff to anyone looking for a great bank.
