The older lady at the drive-thru today is very unprofessional. She should not be a customer service representative at a bank let alone anything else. Attitude problem, unprofessional and rude
I have received great customer service from the local branch up to corporate. Locally, Gina Matchett has really gone above and beyond to assist with my banking needs and provide solutions. Their CD and Money Market interest rates are competitive with much larger banks. I am sincerely grateful for the support and assistance I have received.
Today, 8-7-25 again communication from the teller, a great experience once more. .Thursday 7-31-25.......a great experience today, in drive through. The teller was very professional, communication was excellent. Thank you teller. Thank you Charlene Bacca! He made a mistake but apologized.
