I've always had a great experience at this bank. Sharlene Bacca has always been great to work with & the last several times I've been in with my son, Anna Vigil has helped us out & she's been great! Super polite & friendly, & has always been really thorough! My son said she's his favorite teller! It's nice to go into a bank where everyone knows you and treats you like a friend, not just a client!
Always have a pleasant experience. I don’t bank here but my employer does so I cash my check here every week. The people are always nice and have never had an issue. Like I said I don’t bank here just cash my check m, but the seem to be great people and have good CS skills.
Teller in the main branch has an attitude problem and could possibly be scamming your account. She wants the last four numbers of your Social Security number to make a deposit and nobody in that bank has ever asked for that before so be aware that she could be scamming your account. I sent my son in with a signed check and a filled out deposit form and she told him that without the last four numbers of my social security number she couldn't make the deposit for him. Horrible they are rude and don't listen talk over customers they should go back to the trailer park and by the way the la veta location has been closed for a long time change your site spent the time and gas and go to pueblo cause walsenburg sucks I don't do this but it makes me sad
