I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place! The staff were absolutely amazing friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and made me feel welcomed and valued. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and it truly made a difference. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and outstanding work!
Pretty subpar experience here for the last couple years, but found out today my checking got overdrafted because of a ‘maintenance fee’ -not because of a charge to the account which i havent used for months- and then started a $5 per day fee. The manager (dont remember his name) had no interest in waiving the fees since customer service is no longer important for some businesses. Happily closed my account and went with a local Collegiate Peaks branch who have given Excellent customer service so far.
The employees of this bank are exceptionally polite and extremely helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this bank. I dealt with Lucas, but all of the employees are top notch.
Clare is an incredible customer advocate. She is sincerely concerned about possible positive adjustment to one's accounts of which one is not aware. Best banker I have ever known. Her presence in the bank improves the atmosphere and energy in the bank. A priceless asset in all ways.
Clara is the best loan officer I’ve ever worked with. She’s responding she doesn’t forget and she is so helpful in every area. I really appreciate her.
