Okay I just switched banks from a bank I’ve been at for 20+ years due to moving here. Seemed easier. Do not get me wrong I love dealing with 3-4 of the ladies at the teller line, but wow the absolute unprofessionalism I have received from Kelli is astonishing. She doesn’t greet, she doesn’t listen to needs, she puts my money in incorrectly almost everytime. Can something not be done? I have banked here for years and years and once the new manager started it’s gone downhill. She is NEVER there after 3 when I need her. She always has her door shut and on her cell or in a “meeting”. There is a teller Kelly who is incompetent and loud and unprofessional. Can never get any transactions right or put where they’re needed. I love the other ladies there but if they aren’t there I refuse to deal with the other 2. Something needs to be handled by corporate. The staff at this brach is great and especially Nikita Ritter. She has performed above and beyond the call of duty and I really appreciate her efforts.
Would give this location a minus star if possible. The worst customer service I have ever had. Manager is NEVER available. Tellers claim they are not "bankers" and therefore cannot do any account modifications. Was so happy to close my account and be done with this business.
Jennifer Phelps and Eric Beres in the Bayfield branch were very helpful and very qualified to help us with our banking. You can be very proud of them and their professional skills. Thanks!!
