Would give this location a minus star if possible. The worst customer service I have ever had. Manager is NEVER available. Tellers claim they are not "bankers" and therefore cannot do any account modifications. Was so happy to close my account and be done with this business.

Letter to the Editor: As a longtime resident and patron of our local bank, Pine River Valley as I know it, or whatever else they want to call it now. I feel it a necessity to tell you how they view a community. My parents have cleaned that bank for 35+ years, all the way back to when the now liquor store was the only bank in town. My parents used the job as an additional income to try and raise four kids on a teachers salary and an in home daycare as well as a way to teach my 2 sisters and brother about the value of hard wor... read more
