We've been with this local branch for decades, but we're closing our accounts and moving on. The customer service has been less than average for a long time , and now it's just awful. The drive up window is staffed with one person who can't make a transaction at the window. Every transaction is a trip inside. And it takes forever. They're not open on Saturday. Occasionally rude. Always slow. We'll go somewhere that appreciates their customers and is run by professionals.
Community Banks in Monument, Lindy in particular, helped me with an overdraft issue that I had at the bank because of a double charge from my credit card company. Thank you Lindy for your great customer service. It was a great help and a gracious effort. Garcia Wood
