Kimberly Lovato was very patient and efficient as she helped me unfreeze an account with Experian so that I could obtain a credit card from Community Banks. The process was complicated by Experian records containing phone numbers, house address, and zip code from a prior address that had to be updated. She took the time and had the skill to make corrections for every obstacle. She was a professional, fun to work with, and a credit to her employer.
Love this location. Moved one of our accounts here. The people are very friendly.
Kimberly has been amazing to work with during a difficult time. She has provided clear communication throughout. Her "personal" touch has been much appreciated.
Unfortunately, we had a recent incident in which one of our accounts was compromised and breached to the tune of thousands of $$$.
