OK Community Bank of Colorado Platteville branch, we now have a problem of your own doing. When my card was compromised on or before February 1st y'all told me I'd have my new one the next week. Well here we are on February 20th and still no card! Then, this past Thursday I was told you would overnight it to me AND you took money from my account to cover the cost. I love my bank....Isaac always goes above and beyond for his customers.
I have banked at this location in Platteville for several years now. We switched from Wells Fargo for many reasons. We really like the small community feel of this bank and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to make this change. We are always greeted by name with a smile. Isaac Mora at this branch has been amazing. He cares for small businesses and has been critical in handing all of our small business and personal banking needs.
