I have been with this bank since i was 18, after 12 years of being with them my account suddenly got closed, i hadnt used the account actively in about a year due reasons, and it went slightly negative with their fees, and i recoeved zero communication about it from the branch i was originally an account holder with. I am currently an account holder with this bank. I have been with them for several years.. and never had a problem until now. I have a fraudulent unauthorized charge on my account and they refuse to do anything about it. So now I'm negative and I'm the one getting screwed over because they don't do anything about it their customer service is horrible.
I've had an account with them almost from the time they opened in Evans. I'm happy with the current management. Every one is friendly and ready to help. Thank you.
They treat me good. Went in today and Chung helped me with giving me a bandaid. I cut my finger. John helped statements and how to work my phone.
