Impossible to get ahold of, services don’t work, new cards don’t work, extremely difficult policies. Just open an account at a normal bank cuz their systems are stuck in 2003 and I’ve never had more issues with a bank in my life with accounts and everything included. Avoid
Community Banks of Colorado is absolutely outstanding! Rylie, Lorrie, Natalie, and Gillian make banking an absolute breeze. If you're looking to open a new account or change Banks I hands down recommend the Arvada team. Blown away.
