It saddens me to do this but we are just done. Been with this bank since we moved to Englewood 4 years ago, it was rough back then but it just keeps going down hill. Can’t always get quarters because there is not two tellers on shift, you can sit in the drive up window for 10-15 minutes before being noticed, the back office is rude and unprofessional, and the tellers will have you wait while they finish a personal call. Next week we will be closing our accounts. I do not recommend this branch or this bank
Literally impossible to get a hold of, terrible customer service, I had a member ship overdraft my account 12 dollars and community banks has now charged me 55 dollars in overdraft fees! But good luck trying to actually talk to anyone who can make a difference. You’ll get sent to the call center every time and they will even tell you they can’t directly contact them either! Even though you sign a paper saying no overdraft, they still let you get overdraft, and then they charge you and then overcharged you. So basically they rob you blind here. I would never get a account here.
No withdrawals at the ATM? Incredibly useless.
