Love the customer service here. I went in on the day they were having their employee/customer appreciation, so much enthusiasm and great vibes. I don’t mind the 45 minute drive to the Lagrange location. Have never disappointed. Customer Service is an A+…..
I called this morning to make an inquiry about receiving a message of a blocked transaction by the bank. The girls that I spoke with were idiots! They couldn't process a simple request. I had to explain 4 times to them the issue which was not very complicated and they still couldn't figure it out! She asked me again (#5) what was going on and as I tried to answer her question so she could process this simple request, she hung up on me!
