So far since opening my commercial account here they have been great to work with and have helped me grow my business even extending a line of credit. Couldn't speak higher of them. Daniel Muniz is great to work with and has always helped with all my needs
Very frustrating weekend. I understand they are renovating their online banking, but I can't access anything. I wish I was told I wouldn't have access to my account all weekend. I've tried getting my account balance at the ATM at the CBT bank, and ive tried at a convenience store ATM, but it always gives some kind of error message. So now I'm stuck not knowing if my deposits went through, and I have no way to contact anybody by phone since it's the weekend. So, so frustrating.
