JP Phillips his hands down amazing at his job had us in and out opening up a new checking account.Within twenty minutes above and beyond, expertise and service could not recommend anybody else better than this man.If you don't have an account with cbt you need to go talk to him.If you do have a cbt account, you need to go talk to him
We have had no problems since opening accounts with CBT and the tellers and other employees are very kind and helpful.
Constantly locked out of our cards The fact we have to call the bank and ask permission to USE OUR OWN money when we went to purchase a fridge at Lowe's My debit got locked over the purchase amounts being over $1500 My sons have been locked out numerous of times at the gas station ,Walmart etc After a year of it you tire of it In fact my 1 son and his wife left CBT today, after a year of numerous issues 4 more in my family are considering it It's gotten ridiculous with this bank .
