This Wisconsin Bank & Trust like all of the rest of them have excellent employees with good work ethic! I've been banking with them for over 10 years! I noticed another remark on here referring to a younger female employee ( which there is only one at this Bank), saying she is rude. I've been waited on by her many of times and find her to be as pleasant as the rest of the workers. Maybe it depends on how you treat someone to begin with! I always try kindness first and it seems to work well for me.

I never received my new debit card, as mine had just expired. I called the card company and they stated one was issued, but it was never sent out. I asked for expedited delivery and they stated i needed to go into the branch for that service. The branch tried charging me $35 for the service. They are the ones that didn't send out the card, yet they feel it's acceptable to charge me a fee when they already inconvenienced me by not mailing the card in the first place? This bank definitely does not put the customer first

This is one of the nicest and most accommodating bank. Everyone is friendly and helpful and always has a smile. I never go to drive through because I like going in to say hi and have a nice day.

The teller was rude didn't recount my money back to me and didn't even ask me if I wanted to open an account with them she looked at me as if my kind was not allowed to come and cash checks in their company
