LOVE MY BANK
Sent multiple email with no reply. They had an update which prevented me from accessing my account for 4 days. Launched updates before they're ready. No android app and changed my username without informing me. Bad process on the updates. They weren't fully ready for it. Decided to change banks and close my account. They still haven't closed my account after calling and sending messages. They won't even do foreign check deposits. Just had service.
I am amending this review to respond to what has transpired since I wrote my initial one (you can read that below, and see the response from CB&T). We had a really messy Refi process with another bank that bought out our loan from Community Bank. As a bunch of things transpired behind the scenes, it looked like every party was being stubborn and that we were losing $ in the process. My husband and I wanted to work with a local bank for our home loan. We thought CB&T would be great. But then we decided to refinance, and we shopped around for various loans. They have made the loan turnover AWFUL. It’s has been two months, and they STILL have not accepted the buyout of the loan from the new mortgage bank. All because CB&T sent the wrong amount!
