I am amending this review to respond to what has transpired since I wrote my initial one (you can read that below, and see the response from CB&T). We had a really messy Refi process with another bank that bought out our loan from Community Bank. My husband and I wanted to work with a local bank for our home loan. We thought CB&T would be great. But then we decided to refinance, and we shopped around for various loans. They have made the loan turnover AWFUL. It’s has been two months, and they STILL have not accepted the buyout of the loan from the new mortgage bank. All because CB&T sent the wrong amount! So they keep drafting our loan payments, throwing off our planned cash flow, and they will not communicate to facilitate the new mortgage we have already contracted... read more
