My husband and I are new in town, went to get change from $100 dollar bills and the man who waited on me refused to give me change because I didn't have an account. Guess we won't be opening an account with your bank!
We moved here looking for a bank but they would not even make change for us because we didn't have an account set up yet! Looks like we will not have an account here. Rude people!
I agree that the manager is rude !
Don't use the ATM at this location. If something goes wrong with your transaction, not only will they refuse to help you solve the problem that their ATM caused, they won't refund you the ridiculous fees they charge you to use their ATM. I can't imagine they're much help with other problems you might have either.
