Had a loan thru this bank . Everything and everyone down to the teller in Pittston is ignorant and incompetent. I can't stress this enough to stay far away from this place. I had the worst experience trying to set up a simple payment for a small loan . I tried to do online set up and got nowhere because they won't send the confirmation deposit to my bank and I had to wait 3 weeks for the online service to even recognize my account. I called customer service and they were ignorant and totally unhelpful. I ended up running out... read more

Cindy an Sue at this location are such a tremendous help. I’ve had dealings with Sue over the span of a few years and she’s always been super professional and goes above and beyond to help. This particular situation was the first time I’ve worked with Cindy but she was also very professional. It’s rare to get a good customer service like these to provide in this day and age definitely should be acknowledged they are both a tremendous asset to Community Bank
