I attempted to refinance with my bank, and they ordered an appraisal through this company. I was immediately concerned because my home—a modular home built in 2024 to the same building codes and standards as a site-built home—appeared to be evaluated differently solely because it is modular construction. In the appraisal, the appraiser stated that my home was “not stick-built,” even though modular homes are, in fact, built to the same standards. Great service for many years, would highly recommend.
Worked with them as an appraiser and the pressure to increase value was crazy. I was sent comparable properties that were much newer and better I told to use them. In addition, they were difficult to work with they couldn’t communicate with the client to even show them where the basement of property was the form that they loaning on. Dangerous. I’d shop elsewhere. Contact me if you’re a lender and need proof or more an explanation if you’re thinking about using these guys
I've been doing Appraisals for this company for years. Never had a problem. Professional staff and easy to work with and I've always received my payments in a very timely matter. Keep up the good work!
An appraisal was ordered with this company on a house I had under contract. I was required to pay for this in advance. $550 They never called to schedule the appraisal and then after I terminated my contract on the house and requested a refund from them they charged me a $35 cancellation fee. Bad business!!
