Went to community bank to Apply for a loan and I told jerred muggrage I only had 10k down and he approved me and said ok. I signed everything, got the sales contract from land and house… and then at the end of it says “oh you need like 26k down. He wasted my time and could have said that at the start. He said they could only cover 108k out of 135k
