By far the best bank in the area, no crazy fees and the best workers. They’re so nice and remember my name.
Refused to let me set up an account because I didn't plan on using it regularly. Garbage bank. Treated me like I was a criminal
Did not flag and block unauthorized charge of $1200. Bank doesn't want to take accountability and make it right.
I could give zero stars after just what happened I would. An unauthorized amount of $1200 taken out of my account. They put the money back then did not notify me there was a dispute. Said they mailed me a letter and I never got it. They retook the money out. The company pointing fingers at the bank and the bank pointing fingers at them. I did notify them within 24 hours of this pending charge. They failed to flag it with fraud. Do not bank here if you want your money protected!!
