Miscommunication about amount owed on mortgage from manager (Mike) and now I am liable for the fee and have to drive back down there in order to avoid another one. Last month was told inaccurate amount or it was applied incorrectly, I didn't bother asking because it's my fault for not looking at the bill to see escrow charge went up.
