I can't say enough great things about the staff at Community Bank. I started a business a couple of years ago and they walked me through every step of the loan process. They were fantastic to work with. I also do all of my personal banking with these guys and have had nothing but professional service. I proudly give five stars!
Community Bank has been fantastic! I've been using the location in Springville, NY since relocating to WNY from CO in 2022. The staff is always very friendly & helpful, there usually isn't much of a wait at the tellers, and the manager Valeri is more than happy to help with any advanced situations (loans, questions, etc.) I got a good rate and fabulous service for my home loan when I moved here, and I've never had any issues with our checking or savings accounts, including my kids accounts that we set up.
Constantly overdrafting my account when my card is locked and with overdraft protection on my bank account
I don't like this branch. There was another branch like 10 minutes down the road and the staff were nicer and much more knowledgeable. They should have closed this branch and left the other one open
