Very Pleasant and Kind Staff!
5 calls and an online message and still no payoff for my loan that is closing tomorrow. Seems like I just keep getting pushed off to someone else who refuses to help me. Customer service...they have none! What kind of bank is not able to email a customer? And your online support that just has a canned response saying they can't help me. Going into the branch and demanding someone help me is not an option for me. Get better at what you do before you loose another customer.
