Awful experience, the ATM was not functioning but not out of order. It took my withdrawal but did not give me the money I requested. The teller was terribly slow and unhelpful, I will think twice before using their ATM again.
Miscommunication about amount owed on mortgage from manager (Mike) and now I am liable for the fee and have to drive back down there in order to avoid another one. Last month was told inaccurate amount or it was applied incorrectly, I didn't bother asking because it's my fault for not looking at the bill to see escrow charge went up. I would pay the $14 fee I don't even care but learn to communicate when we ask how much is owed so I don't waste anymore of my damn time.
