This was an extremely concerning experience. I went to this Community Bank location to deposit $2,000 in cash. The teller, Kristi, counted the money directly in front of me and told me the total was $1,900. I immediately corrected her because I knew the amount was $2,000. I had already counted the cash before coming in due to a similar issue I’ve experienced at this bank in the past. If I had accepted her count, I would have been shorted $100.
