Always very helpful and professional, I would definitely recommend working with them.
This was an extremely concerning experience. I went to this Community Bank location to deposit $2,000 in cash. The teller, Kristi, counted the money directly in front of me and told me the total was $1,900. I immediately corrected her because I knew the amount was $2,000. I had already counted the cash before coming in due to a similar issue I’ve experienced at this bank in the past. If I had accepted her count, I would have been shorted $100. I like when I go there, the staff is nice, but then when on a weekend, it would be nice if the lobby was open too and the drive-through
I highly recommend NEVER BANKING HERE. The communication between the clients and the advisors is horrendous Speaking to someone in any type of authority position is impossible. I’ll be taking my buisness account and personal account somewhere far away from here.
