I truly do not like leaving negative reviews. Everyone has bad days but this experience really left an overall poor taste. First of all, the front line tellers at this location are very welcoming, pleasant and informative. My credit card experienced some fraudulent activity about the same time that this card was lost. The teller I worked with, identified a solution and a new debit card was required. However, the leader that was in store on this day, only communicated to me that “it was going to be a bit”. Gotta say worst bank I’ve ever dealt with I’ve good history never missed a payment in my life and a decent score yet anytime I’ve come for a loan it’s a bunch of reasons why not even tho I can clearly afford it oh well guess I’ll go to ESL federal credit union like I did when you turned down my auto loan back when you where Elmira saving bank and they approved me for double what I asked you for and never missed a payment on that either so what I’m saying is if your situation isn’t 100 perfect don’t go here they don’t care ab... read more
