They screwed me pretty well recently. My debit card expired last month, and months prior to the expiration month I went in multiple times to say "hey, can I get a replacement card?" and their only answer was that it was in the mail. AFTER IT EXPIRED I contacted through the phone app, only to find that they never sent a replacement card, AND that I had to wait ten business days for a new one. I'll be frank, this is my first bank, which is the only thing salvaging this review to not be a one star. But if this continues to suck... read more
I’ve been a longtime customer of Community bank, about 20 years. I had to stop into a branch more than an hour away from home location because I realized that I left my wallet at home and had no money for emergencies or I forms of Identification with me. The Springfield branch tellers were patient and kind and asked me security questions before allowing me to withdraw a little money. I felt so relieved and am appreciative of them!
