I’ve been a longtime customer of Community bank, about 20 years. I had to stop into a branch more than an hour away from home location because I realized that I left my wallet at home and had no money for emergencies or I forms of Identification with me. The Springfield branch tellers were patient and kind and asked me security questions before allowing me to withdraw a little money. I felt so relieved and am appreciative of them!

Always great service
They overcharge often, don't explain anything, and refuse to stop sending paper statements even though I asked twice. All I ever hear from other people who use this bank is how terrible and greedy they are. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BANK
