Worst bank I ever dealt with a car loan.Always deleat with Esl for our auto loan. We wanted to try a different bank. For one the hours sucks for a working person and banking hours close at 3pm most people get off at 4 or 5. Close on a perfect day to do business Saturday. So needless to say they won't take a payment over the phone the breach is 20 min away from my work in the Rochester area. Whenever I have any banking questions, Donna Brubaker is the first person I contact. She is always so friendly, very helpful, and extremely efficient when helping me! My questions are always answered quickly. She is very knowledgeable! She goes above and beyond and has been available to help when I was out of state visiting a new grandbaby! She is a wonderful asset to Community Bank!
