I ran into a small issue regarding depositing some bonds into my account and Nicole was helping me sort through it, along with another teller whose name I unfortunately can't remember. The manager was also extremely helpful! The staff had so much grace and patience, all while it was almost closing time, which speakes volumes!

I closed my account at the Shavertown Bank due to the attitude that a teller gave me every time I went to her very rude and unprofessional always gave me a hard time and when Getting money back would be all mix up and other things she do. I have told other tellers ,all they would say is that they didn’t like to hear that 😒. She shouldn’t be working with the public .
