I had a bad experience with one of the bank tellers. She was down right rude to me.
Their systems seem to be outdated and unreliable, and their customer service is disgraceful. The branch set up an automatic monthly transfer from my checking account for a loan payment, but the amount doesn't match the amount due on the loan. I'm unable to update the amount online; their customer support team says only the branch can manage the transfer, and the branch has no idea what's going on and responds with "it's only, like, a dollar, does it really matter?"
