I have had an account with this branch long before it became Community Bank, originally National Union Bank of Kinderhook. Never had a problem when it was NUBK. Now, my account is never updated, people are rude over the phone, no one knows who's supposed to be doing what. My bank account has been restricted due to fraudulent activity, which has been cleared from my account and they still won't unrestrict my account because they keep going back and forth saying this person or that person needs to do it. If I could give a lower star I would. I despise this bank. I wouldn't go here if I didn't have to pay my rent here. They never stick to their hours, and the customer service is terrible.

Where to start? This was a great bank when it was National Union Bank of Kinderhook, then they sold off to Community Bank. This is no longer the “small town bank” where you walk in to friendly faces you recognize, this is now a bank that’s gotten to big for its own good. They’ve canceled my automatic payments on my loans multiple times causing late fees and hassle and couldn’t tell me why the payments were cancelled.
