Online and mobile banking is about a decade behind the competition. Very frustrating.
I've been using this branch for many years and staff are always polite and accommodating!
I found the management to be prejudice snooty and unwilling to attempt to treat me as a valued customer with no explanation other than they did not want my business and went out of their way to make it difficult for me to use any banking services.
I am not a big fan of "brick and mortar" banks, but the Cuba Branch is a great "Community Bank." I own an RV Park and the Mortgage is through Community Bank. Manager Brenda has been invaluable answering my MANY questions (ETC ...). The entire staff is wonderful, clearly focused on Customer Service. I am very pleased to have several accounts with this Branch.
