I’ve been a member for a few months, I applied for a small loan to consolidate credit cards and have a little cash for a move. Kim was nice to me when I applied and said she would contact me the following week. Today I went in to deposit a check and asked the teller if I could just pop my head in and ask about the status she said that was fine. States the hours were confirmed 6days ago by phone call that is incorrect they said they are NEVER OPEN UNTILL 6PM so save your time or don't waste you time thinking they open until 6 4pm its done.
Horrible, horrible, people. Added late fees for years And didn't tell me. RUN!
