I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy I receive at the Belmont branch. What I don’t appreciate is CBNA closing down our local Belfast branch and then upgrading their app so that many mobile devices are now incompatible with the upgrade. I don’t appreciate having to make back to back trips to make deposits or handle my other banking needs because I now do not have a mobile option, unless I replace my phone.
