very kind and helpful workers
Visiting Alexandria Bay and needed a document notarized. Walked in told a lady what we needed. She asked us “Who told you to come here?” Then she said “that takes too much of our time”. We turned around and left. Definitely didn’t want to inconvenience this lady or the bank. Went across the street to GSL Bank and they could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Don’t bother with Community Bank until they learn what community means!
Nicole langridge is a joke of a branch manager. She should be fired!
