There online banking is always down. My husband gets paid today abd yet we can not see how much or do anything with it as the banking is not working. I tried the app and Google with no luck. This constantly happens and we plan to switch banks back to another one due to this. I am updating as we have not been able to access our account for 6 days. Most weeks we are lucky to use online banking 1 day a week before it goes down again. We are switching banks this week. Highly do not recommend.

I have been going to community bank for over 20 years. Started my first savings count when I was fourteen. I've visited many branches, but this one is the worst. I love the ladies on arsenal street in watertown and many other branches, but never have I ever had anybody be polite, nice, courteous or go out of their way for me here.
Use this bank if you wanna stay broke. They charged me 36$ for over-drafting 4$…
