When one of their customers has a tragedy like a fire and has a check from a very large insurance company instead of making the fact that this is already a difficult situation easier they make it more difficult by making you jump through ridiculous hoops that other banks do not make you go through I do not recommend them for mortgage company or anything that would be attached to your home because if you have any type of loss, it will take you forever to get the money that is owed to you to get your repairs taken care of. Terrible bank to deal with. Because of an overdrawn account from auto payments my now deceased dad had, Darlene the Assistant MGR is very argumentative, unprofessional, and had a negative defensive mannerisms, angry tone, sighing avoiding answering my questions and having to ask questions a second time when I was willing to pay the overdrawn amounts minus the bank overdraft fees since auto payments were not able to be stopped in time. Very nice staff
I do not agree with this bank's overdraft fees. $36 per occurrence and then a daily penalty of $5 seems absurd when other institutions are doing away with fees. However the personal service I have gotten from this branch is good. I would suggest doing your research and not using the chat function on the website, as that is not very useful.
Worst bank I have ever dealt with second time they have let someone hack my account and take all my money. Been almost a week sense I filed a dispute and still hasn't show back up in my account plus can't get a new card because of the no money thing. Love it when they lock my account when I'm trying to use my card but for some reason don't lock my account when someone is using across the country. Definitely do not recommend this bank at all.
