I would not recommend
Centrally located, plenty of parking. The folks are easy to work with, reasonable and fair. I appreciate them waiving a a check cancellation fee recently. The check has been traveling around the country the last month or so and has not landed yet as far as I know.
When one of their customers has a tragedy like a fire and has a check from a very large insurance company instead of making the fact that this is already a difficult situation easier they make it more difficult by making you jump through ridiculous hoops that other banks do not make you go through I do not recommend them for mortgage company or anything that would be attached to your home because if you have any type of loss, it will take you forever to get the money that is owed to you to get your repairs taken care of. Terrible bank to deal with. Because of an overdrawn account from auto payments my now deceased dad had, Darlene the Assistant MGR is very argumentative, unprofessional, and had a negative defensive mannerisms, angry tone, sighing avoiding answering my questions and having to ask questions a second time when I was willing to pay the overdrawn amounts minus the bank overdraft fees since auto payments were not able to be stopped in time.
