MRS. You can't talk to any bankers on the phone and they won't verify if a check is fraudulent or not. Poor customer service. I called 3 times and was hung up on by the operator and they guy who finally got on the phone was rude.
slow bank We did not like this bank. The drive up window was extremely slow and could take up to 10 minutes for one car ahead of us. We dreaded having to go. They also do not have many atms around.
