Should have closed this bank instead of the Hammondsport branch! Every single employee should be fired, and hire new more properly trained, competent, kind staff members. I have been a customer for 11+ years, primarily going to the Hammondsport branch due to incompetence & disrespect from the Bath Branch more than once- now I have no choice. Horrible! A banking nightmare. Promised I had overdraft protection the without telling me they revoked it for something that was not even my fault. Caused a world of hardship and did not care or give me time to make other arrangements. Honest NO, personalized NO smile at you and pretend friendly YES, give a damn what financial damage they do, NO!!!
Love community bank. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Only 4 stars because they now no longer offer free checking.
Open hours are only helpful for retirees
Their app is very unstable and will constantly lock you out. Never any help from customer service and most are very rude about it. The bank itself convenient location very inconveniently not open or can't reach customer service on weekends (Saturdays). Switching banks the hassle with this one just isn't worth it.
