I live in Canandaigua, but over the past few months I’ve been going out of my way to avoid this branch and I’ve been going to either the Newark of Clifton springs location. This branch is not what it used to be
the branch manager is very rude
the energy in this branch has become very negative over the last few months. I miss the old manager, this branch has really gone downhill.
I called about a new debit card and they were quick to fix the issue. My current card expires tomorrow and knowing it was a simple fix made it all worth while.
