Keith Nesbitt is the worst person to deal with. His attitude and ego will tell make you think he believes he is better than everyone else. For all business banking needs I would go somewhere else! He's only in it for his pay check and not the service of his clients.
They need to update their services. Everything seems to be done the "old school" way. Snail-mail style. I was highly unsatisfied with the customer service as well. I didn't feel welcome or valued. They have a great location though!

if i could have gave no stars i would have, thats how terrible this bank is or maybe its just my LO either way i would not recomend this place for buisness, as apperently they dont want your buisness. Ive been in the process of financing a home thru them for 5 months and the comittment letter isnt even done. waited 2 1/2 months just to get the house assessed ..would have been longer if hadnt called the assessor myself. they kept telling us everything is in order and that the assessor was just backed up.when i called the asse... read more
