Robin was a delight, she was very helpful in getting my card issue sorted and her manners were beyond excellent!
Robin was very helpful in answering all my questions I had about investment property mortgages and guided me through the whole process. She was very informative, would definitely recommend.
If you want to go back in time to 1980, use this bank. It's always a panic when going to the grocery store and the card won't work but they'll gladly allow a fraudulent charge. Definitely going over my partners head and opening an account at a different bank. There is no reply to excuse this inconvenience.
