Went and put money in my account and I was shorten $10 in my checking, when I called they said they weren’t going to check until they close because it was only $10! Well to some people $10 is a lot, I’ll be looking for a different bank to go to and I’ll be calling someone that’s in charge.
Ryan Bracey that works at Community Bank has no concept of customer service. He does not know how to speak to people and I cannot believe he tried to bring up my 6 year old in a discussion. If anyone has a problem you really need to speak to manager. I have had several people share similar stories with me in just past 1 hour since my incident. He should not be talking to people in our community acting like that.

I cashed checks and asked for some 10’s . The teller tells me he’s short on 10’s. I say” this is a bank and you’re short in 10’s?” It’s 9 am, they just opened.. like any other store wouldn’t you then get the change you need ? No I got 20’s. I’ll go to another bank that has 10 dollar bills .

They don't know how to count back change, so they keep it instead. They clear a check from their bank, but won't deposit it in your account and charge you a fee, saying it bounced. They don't want to cash their OWN check until you tell them you want to make a mortgage payment with it. Then they don't want to give you access to the remaining balance. They give you a check when closing your mortgage and then turn around and ask for it back. But hey we got a bunch of free crap instead. This is the worst bank I have ever had. We... read more
