Absolutely the worst banking experience in Ogdensburg. Community Bank forces residents to pay city/property taxes IN PERSON at their branch only—no online, mail, or drop-box options accepted by the city. Lines are routinely 20–40 minutes long because they understaff tellers. Multiple visits showed only 1–2 windows open even when 10+ customers are waiting.Phone customer service is unreachable—hold times regularly exceed 30 minutes and calls frequently drop. Notorious for slowness, and sincere lack of understanding when it comes to proper customer service. E.g. if you’re gonna be 10 minutes before servicing someone- let them know.
