I had an auto loan with CBNA for 2 out of the 5 planned years. I paid it off early due to the mismanagement of the bank and my loan. Autopay was set up multiple times and kept "falling off" even when they saw it on my account. Difficult to pay off the loan as they wouldnt allow ACH transfers over 1000 dollars and I had to talk them into accepting a wire. Would NOT recommend this bank if you value your sanity.
