We have been staying locally for just over 3 weeks. I wanted to get a large bill to leave as a gift for our grandchild. The minute I walked in I was greeted by 4 smiling faces welcoming me and asking me what I needed. I selected the teller whose name was Kathy. I immediately felt like I just reconnected with an old friend. We chatted so long my husband, who stayed in the car was ready to come in and check on me ! Terrible service all around. I went to the ATM today and the machine malfunctioned. Sending an error on the screen, shorting me $20. This has never happened in my life. The bank was open so I talked to the woman with dark eyebrows and ponytail asking them to check the machine. After 35 minutes of waiting with no answers or apologies, they said they will try to mail me a check in the coming months. Hahaha insane. So rude and unprofessional. Lost time and money going to an atm. Was about the shadiest experience at a bank I’ve ... read more
